If you have made a fake account on Facebook, then be careful. Because Facebook has started testing a new feature to crack the Fake Account, so that users will be able to know whether they are getting message from fake account or the original one? From this feature, Facebook will try to prevent the spread of fake news and rumors by identifying fake links. According to media reports, from this new feature, Facebook will identify messages coming from unknown numbers and provide more information to users about it.
Such as when the account was created, from which country the account is accessing, whether it runs a Facebook account or its a phone number. Apart from this, Facebook will also tell you that the person who is trying to contact you is named after any of your Facebook friends, but the actual message is not coming from that account.
Information about this feature was shared by Facebook's Messenger team, Dalya Browne to the Motherboard by an email. In his e-mail, he said, "We are testing a feature that will give our users complete information about the messages received from strangers." Let me tell you that this feature will also play a very important role in stopping Fake News.
